Still Waiting!

So the ultrasound says he's done -- smaller than we thought (7 lbs 14 oz is what the U/S says) but definitely developed with some measurements at 40 weeks. But because every single one of my tests came back normal (what are the odds!), they see no reason at all to have him come before next Thursday. SO needless to say I am weepy and crazy now. I can't sleep, I have lost my appetite, and unless I can break my water, I am stuck with Thursday! You know how far away that is? He is slamming my cervix and I have had contractions, but not enough to trigger labor. I did dialate 2 cm but that is it so far! Anyway, I am going to go find some bumpy roads -- so far Mexican food including Jalepenos and walking and some other old wives tales, and NOTHING!!!!!

Looks like I will be posting more this week anyway! Bummer. Off to scrap and see if I can get some more done. SO hard when it is the last thing I really want to do. I wanted to sew but my machine is being a turkey!
