No luck from 7/7/07

We had a doozy of a weekend. I went to the mall to pick up my oldest from her dad and I accidentally left my cell phone and keys in the restroom. My keys got turned into lost and found, but not my phone. Then my MIL was coming to stay the night with us and she got in a car accident during the Monsoon storm and totaled her car. So my hubby went on Saturday to pick up his brother for his mom and we drove to Peoria to drop him off. Takes about an hour 30 to get there. Spent time with my MIL and FIL before heading home. Headed home about 5 pm. When the day's storm rolled in, we went to TGI Friday's for dinner. When we came out, we had a flat. My hubby re inflated the tire with a compressor we have in our car for emergencies, and we blew the fuse on our cig lighter. So we are heading home and we blew the tire on the freeway. No one hurt just scary. And changing a tire on the freeway at night is so much fun! Anyway, we got home about 9:30pm -- completely fried!!!!! So today we had to go to Costco to get the tire replaced -- 5 hours at Costco with 3 kids. Had to do it today because tomorrow I need the van to pick up Becca and the truck has no AC -- not an option. Oh yeah and our toaster blew up too -- spitting up fruit loops (I'm guessing Jocelyn!) So glad the weekend is OVER!!!!!
